This tornado was at the end of its life-cycle after the mesocyclone nearly completely occluded, with a pronounced and deep clear slot wrapping around the parent tornado. In the foreground/top, a new updraft and mesocyclone is becoming established in what will be the next cycle of the parent supercell.
